SHELBY- Billy “Hip” Estep, 61, died Thursday, May 4, 2017. A native of Cleveland Co., he was born to the late Henry Holtzclaw and Reba Estep Tarbush. He was an avid golfer and sports fanatic and an all around good man.
SURVIVED: He is survived by his wife Julie Estep; step-son, Hunter Vassey, of the home; son Justin Estep of Polkville; sisters, Donna Stallings of Shelby, Teresa “Teccy” Fraser and husband Bob of Mooresboro; brother Eddie Waldrop of Shelby; grandchildren, Gracie and Makinlee Estep and Mahayla Black; and numerous nieces and nephews.
MEMORIAL SERVICES: A celebration of life will be held 6p.m., Tuesday, May 9, 2017 in the chapel of Clay Barnette Funeral Home of Shelby.
