Claude Harris Iii

GROVER- Mr. Claude “C.C.” Harris III, of Brenda Ct., died Feb. 2, 2013 at his home. A native of Gaston County, he was the son of the late Claude C. Harris Jr. and Emma Black Harris.

SURVIVED: He is survived by his wife, Sherry Harris of Grover; stepmother, Linda Harris of Shelby; stepson, Christopher Irvin of Grover; three stepdaughters, Kristen Kennedy, Ashley and Elizabeth Irvin, all of Grover; half sister, Courtney Harris of Earl; two stepsisters, Michelle Ledford, Amy Byrd, both of Shelby; four brothers, Samuel Harris of Grover, Nathan Black of Shelby, Gary Hughes of Bessemer City, David Hughes of Macon, GA; and five grandchildren.

MEMORIAL SERVICES: Friday, 4pm, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Kings Mountain

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.
