Shea Garrison

SHELBY: Shea Greene Garrison, 58, died Sunday, September 19, 2021 at Atrium Health Cleveland. Born in Wake County, she was the daughter of Betty Bridges Greene. Shea was an employee of Daimler/Freightliner for 37 years. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Marla Proctor and Debbie Sullivan; and brother, Chuck Bridges. She is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Evan Wayne Garrison of the home; sons, Buddy Garrison and wife Amber and Michael Garrison and wife Brandy, both of Shelby; brothers, Billy Greene of Shelby, Barry Greene and wife Penny of Patterson Springs and Garry Greene of Blacksburg; half-sister, Chiquita; and grandchildren, Makenzie, Isaiah, Payton, Tristan, Vada and Leighton. Funeral services will be held 3:00pm, Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Michael Lindsey officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30-3:00pm, prior to the service, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park.
