Margaret Greene

SHELBY: Margaret Louise Greene, 88, died Sunday, November 22, 2020, at Peak Resources of Shelby. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Melvin and Eva Bolton Greene. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Esther Edmonson and Gwen Grumbine; brothers, Dewey, Howard and Haas Greene; sisters in law, Arvina and Betty Greene. She is survived by her nieces and nephews, Barry Greene and wife Margaret of Shelby, Rev. Marvin Greene and wife Margaret of Rutherfordton, Carol White and husband Gene of Shelby, Michael Greene, Brenda Greene, Roger Grumbine, Randy Grumbine and Gay Sanders. A graveside service will be held 2 pm Wednesday, November 25, 2020 in Cleveland Memorial Park, with the Rev. Marvin Greene officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Cleveland County, 951 Wendover Heights Dr., Shelby, NC 28150.
