SHELBY: Angel Marie Heston, 28, died Wednesday, December 7, 2022. Born in Cabarrus County, she was the daughter of Mary Heston Neel of Shelby and the late Lonnie English. Angel was a person who could carry on and conversation with anyone and could always make you laugh. She was a loving mother. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her beloved son, Liam Ray Heston; sisters, Nikki English Pringle and husband Jack III of W.VA and Breanna English of Shelby; and brother, Edward Neel and girlfriend Jessica Grant of Shelby. Services will be private to the family.
