Ann Stanley

SHELBY: Ann Stanley, 60, died Wednesday, November 1, 2023 at Piedmont Medical Center. She was the daughter of Harris Putnam of Shelby and the late Hazel Putnam. In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her sister Joyce. Ann was a member at Christ Covenant Ministries in Shelby, an avid animal and dog lover; she loved to crochet, read and craft. In addition to her father, she is survived by her daughter, Jessie Stanley and fiancé Bradley Crews of York, SC; sister, Lea Rutter and husband Keith of Raleigh; niece, Becca Mall and fiancé Mario; nephew, Josh Mall; and her fur-babies and fur-grandbabies. Memorial services are to be held 2:00PM, Sunday, November 5, 2023 at Clay- Barnette Funeral Home with Steve Putnam officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
