Ava Holtz

SHELBY-Ava Myer Holtz, 91, died Sunday, Nov. 1, 2015, at White Oak Manor of Shelby. A native of Washington County, OH, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Clare Jenkins Myer. She was proud to serve as a minister’s wife for many years.

PRECEDED: in additional to her parents, she was preceded in death by six brothers and sisters.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving husband of 73 years, Rev. James Holtz, of the home; son, Ed Holtz and wife Theresa; daughter, Saundra Fuller, all of Shelby; brothers, Clyde and William Myer; four grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

GRAVESIDE SERVICES: A graveside service will be held 1pm, Wednesday, at Sunset Cemetery

VISITATION: The family will receive friends following the service, in the cemetery
