Baby Aliyah Munoz

SHELBY- Baby Aliyah Elaina Munoz, born Mar. 1, 2012, received her angel wings on Sun., May 13, 2012 at the Levine Children’s Hospital of Carolina’s Medical Center. She is the daughter of proud parents, Carlos Munoz and Kierra Emo of Shelby, who affectionately knew her as “Pumpkin Face.”
SURVIVED: In addition to her parents, she is survived by her two grandmothers, Cindy Weems of Charlotte and Rosa E. Munoz of Shelby; Godparents, Jorge X. Munoz of Charlotte and Nina Wilkerson of Houston, TX; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins that loved her very much.
VISITATION: The family will gather to receive friends and celebrate Aliyah’s life, Sunday, starting at 1pm, at the family home, 3829 Artee Rd., Shelby.
