SHELBY- Mrs. Barbara Ann Hamrick Camp, 71, of 917 Borders Rd., died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2008 at her home. She was the daughter to the late Elbert and Martha Paris Hamrick. Barbara was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Daryl Tyson Camp; brothers, Thomas and Bobby Dean Hamrick.
SURVIVORS: She is survived by her loving husband of almost 52 years, Jack D. Camp of the home; son, Boyd Camp and wife Donna of Shelby; daughters, Carolyn Wilson and husband Sam Jr. of Shelby, Rhonda Wilson and fiancé Floyd Caldwell of Shelby; sisters, Mary Etta Trammell and husband Oscar of Grover, Becky Karchesky and husband Dave of Arkansas; brothers, Billy Ray Hamrick and wife Marie of Shelby, Wayne Hamrick and wife Kathy of Kings Mountain; 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends tonight (Monday) from 6 to 7:30pm at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home, and other times at the home.
FUNERAL: 2pm Tuesday, Jan. 22nd at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church
LIE-IN-STATE: 30 minutes prior to the service
BURIAL: Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery
