Barry W. Jenkins, Sr.

KINGS MOUNTAIN- Mr. Barry W. Jenkins Sr., 65, of 307 E. Battleground Ave., died Wed., Feb. 15, 2012 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Gaston Co. he was the son of Myrlene Faulkner Neely of Gastonia and Late C.T. Neely. He retired as a C.P.A. and was a member of the American Legion Post 155, past president of the Kings Mountain Rotary, and a member of Maylo UMC in Ranlo.

SURVIVED: He is survived by his wife, Nell Wilson Jenkins of the home; two sons, B. Wayne Jenkins Jr. and wife Maribeth of Gastonia, David Carl Jenkins, of the home; two daughters, Mary Frances Hamrick and husband Raymond of Shelby, Annie Laura Jenkins of Kings Mountain; two sisters, Myra J. Scott and husband Terry of Gastonia, Terri N. Northweather and husband James of Searcy, AR; four grandchildren, Polly Etters, Lee Etters, Mary Nell Jenkins, Anna Jenkins.


SERVICES: 3pm, Sunday, at Maylo UMC of Ranlo

VISITATION: Following the service, at the church, and other times at his home.
