SHELBY-Bertha Brown Costolo, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2010, at Levine and Dickson Hospice House in Huntersville. A native of Springboro, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late George and Bertie Brown.
PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Emory Costolo, and son, Monte Costolo.
SURVIVED: She is survived by her daughter, Gale Costolo Justus; grandchildren, Lisa Leal and Oscar Leon all of Shelby, Scott Meyers and her special caregiver, Sara Meyers, both of Lincolnton, and Michael Costolo of Atlanta Georgia.
Bertha and Emory resided in Meadville, Pennsylvania and retired from Talon Inc. after many years of service. Upton retirement, they relocated to Lakeland, Florida, where they enjoyed their retirement years. For the past eighteen months, Bertha has lived at Carillon Assisted Living in Lincolnton.
The family would like to thank the staff of Carillon Assisted Living and the staff of Levine and Dickson Hospice House for their loving car.
BURIAL: A private internment will be held at Roselawn Memorial Gardens in Meadsville, PA.
