Betty Warlick

SHELBY: Betty Rollins Warlick, 89, died Friday, January 26, 2024 at Holly Springs Senior Center in Rutherfordton. A native of Cleveland County, Betty was the daughter of the late Dewey and Essie Hunt Rollins. She worked in State Government and enjoyed playing basketball, shopping and spending time with her family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Warren Warlick; and five brothers. She is survived by her son, Barry Allen of Bostic; sisters, Grace Rollins of GA and Nell Kendrick of Shelby; brother, Wayne Rollins of Shelby; grandchildren, Dusty Allen and wife Jennifer and Ashely Parker and husband Jeremy; and great grandchildren, Landon and wife Makia, Dylan, Wesley, Trent and Lauren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Kevin Rhom officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park.
