Billy Cochran

SHELBY: Billy Ray Cochran,62, died Thursday, April 13, 2023, at Wendover Hospice. He was the son of the late, Alfred Dare and Euveta Cochran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded by his wife, Esther Cochran; sister, Shena Cochran; and brother, Jody Petty. Billy is survived by his daughters, Ella Cochran and husband Scott, Angela Kelley and husband Ezell of Jonesville, SC and Jennifer Robinson and husband Kenny of Gastonia; son, Tony Kelley and wife Pamala of Woodruff, SC; sister, Tina Hudson of Alabama; brother, Darrell Petty and wife Anita of Cherryville; and grandchildren, Jordan, Zoey, Landan, Beth, Josh, Grace, Little Tonie, Sarah, and Sydney. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday, April 23, 2023, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel.
