KINGS MOUNTAIN- Bobby Hammill, Sr., 76, passed away Friday March 18, 2016 at Carolinas Healthcare Systems-Kings Mountain. A native of Cabarrus county, he was the son of the late John Allen, Sr. and Ruth Goodson Hammill.
PRECEDED: In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Johnny Hammill.
SURVIVED: He is survived by his beautiful wife, Lynda Herndon Hammill of the home; one son, Bobby Gene Hammill, Jr., and wife Annette; two daughters, Cheryl White and husband Keith, Nancy Caine, ll of Gold Hill, NC; four grandchildren, Brandon White. Meredith Weeder, Ryan Hammill, and Stacy Hammill; four great grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Becky Hammill; and his precious furry four legged baby, Ginger.
SERVICES: a memorial service will be held 2:00pm Monday in the chapel of Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Kings Mountain, with a visitation after the service at the funeral home.
