Brenda Fite

KINGS MOUNTAIN- Brenda Eaves Fite, 72, died Wednesday, June 7, 2017, at Carolinas Healthcare System-Cleveland. A native of Gaston County, she was the daughter of the late Sydney and Lucille Morrison Eaves. She was a member of New Life Baptist Church in Bessemer City, retired from Thermacote Welco, and enjoyed cooking.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Bryan Fite, and sister, Shirley Caldwell.


SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving husband of 57 years, Charles Fite, of the home; daughter, Diane Fite McKee and husband Dennis Berryhill of Kings Mountain; grandchildren, Brandon McKee and wife Catherine, Brad McKee, Christa Easler and husband Kendall, Kaitlyn McKee, Brooklyn McKee, and Bradley Barrett; great-grandchildren, Jackson and Allie McKee, Ashton Page, Jakob Easler, and Lillie Barrett.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends Friday, 6-8pm, at New Life Baptist Church

FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held 2pm, Saturday, at New Life Baptist Church

OFFICIATING: Pastors Gene Ware and Dennis Gomez will officiate

BURIAL: Will follow in Chestnut Ridge Baptist Church Cemetery
