SHELBY: Randy “Buddy” Johnson II, died Saturday, May 21, 2022 at home. Born in W. Va., he is the son of Randy Scott and Meredith Smith Johnson of Shelby. He worked on diesel trucks and loved to laugh and enjoy life. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Brandon Johnson and wife Elise of Grover, David Johnson and Matthew Bo Johnson, both of Shelby; nieces, Alyvia and Autumn Johnson; and nephew, Braxton Johnson.
