Buell Carrigan

KINGS MOUNTAIN- Buell Glenn Carrigan, Sr., 82, of Dilling Street passed away Thursday, December 24, 2015 at Testa Family Hospice House in Kings Mountain. A native of Gaston County, he was born December 27, 1932, son of the late Arthur Glenn and Eliza Stiles Carrigan. He was retired from Foote Mineral in Kings Mountain.

PRECEDED: In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Doris Juanita Carrigan and one grandson, Brad Carrigan.

SURVIVED: He is survived by two sons, Glenn Carrigan and wife Teresa and David Carrigan and wife Jo Ann all of Kings Mountain; one brother, Jim Carrigan; one sister, Elaine Parker both of Kings Mountain; numerous grand and great grandchildren; several brother and sister-in-laws; many nieces and nephews and friends; special friends Scott and Kim Phillips. The family would like to give special thanks to the doctors and staff at White Oak Manor and Testa Family Hospice House in Kings Mountain for the care given to him during his last days.

SERVICES: A funeral service will be held 1pm Monday at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Kings Mountain

VISITATION: The family will receive friends thirty minutes prior to the service at the funeral home.
