SHELBY- Mrs. Carmelina Casandra White, 78, of 319 Mt. Sinai Church Road, died Friday, December 10, 2010 at home. A native of Nicaragua, Carmelina was the daughter of the late Teofilo and Casandra Ocampo Waggon.
SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving husband of 64 years, Hoover White of the home; two sons Orin Aster White of Nicaragua and Elias White of Vale; two daughters Betty White of Florida and Deborah White of Shelby; three sisters Seferina, Ana, and Armelina Waggon; five brothers, Ezra, Secondino, Holson, Robert and Chefflie Waggon; 15 grandchildren; and 36 great grandchildren.
SERVICES: Services will be held, Saturday, December 18, 2pm at Shelby Seventh Day Adventist.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends, Friday, December 17, from 4-6pm at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home.
CLERGY: Pastor Manny Vela will be officiating.
BURIAL: Will immediately follow in Sunset Cemetery.
