Chantel Ross Cook

SHELBY- Mrs. Chantel Denise Ross Cook, 23, of 311 Borders Rd., died Sat., Aug. 27, 2011 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Cleveland Co., she was the daughter of Scott and Connie Owle Ross of Shelby.

PRECEDED: She was preceded in death by two grandfathers, Mike Owle and Tommy Ross; and grandmother, Myrtle Owensby.

SURVIVED: In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Nicholas Cook of Cherryville; brother, Justin Ross; grandmother, Julie Owle, both of Shelby; grandfather, Dean Owensby of Fallston; aunts and uncles, Shane and Jillena Owle of Shelby, Neil and Nicky Owle of Va., Cindy Murray of Shelby; cousins, Mikayla and Kimber Owle, Bradley , Austin, and Ethan Owle, and Haley Hambright; and many great aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends survive.


SERVICES: 2pm, Wednesday at New Buffalo Baptist Church

VISITATION: The family will receive friends Tuesday, 6-8:30pm at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home, and other times at the home.
