Charles "Frank" Styers

KINGS MOUNTAIN- Mr. Charles “Frank” Styers, 59, of 701 Lee Street, died Friday, December 24, 2010 at Hospice of Wendover. A native of Cleveland County, he was the son of the late John Frank and Earlene Dowdle Styers. Frank was a member of Kings Mountain Baptist Church and Elvis Presley’s number one fan.

SURVIVED: He is survived by his step son, Gary Henderson and wife Trina; daughter Jennifer Earlene Styers all of Kings Mountain; step daughter, Kelly Leonard of Lowell; two sisters Frances Bridges and husband Vance and Betty Humphries and husband Calvin, all of Kings Mountain; 6 grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: Will be held, Monday, December 27, 2010, 11am, at First Baptist Church, Kings Mountain

VISITATION: Will be held Monday, December 27,2010, one hour before the service in the stained glass room of First Baptist Church and other times at the home.

CLERGY: Dr. John W. Sloan and Revs. Morris Jordan and Chris Bridges.

BURIAL: Will immediately follow in Mountain Rest Cemetery.
