Crystal Crowder

SHELBY: Crystal Dawn Crowder, 54, died Monday, January 24, 2022 at Atrium Health Main in Charlotte. A native of Cleveland County, she is the daughter of Hubert Crowder of Shelby and the late Guynell Shaw Crowder. Crystal graduated from North Shelby School and attended Cleveland Vocational Workshop, working with arts and crafts. She was a member of the church she loved, Faith Baptist Church. She had a great love for music. In addition to her father, she is survived by her sisters, Joan Bell and husband Mark and Angie Cline and husband Tim, both of Shelby; and nephews, Jaron Bell, Caleb Cline, Logan Cline and Connor Cline, all of Shelby. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM, Wednesday, January 26, 2022 at Faith Baptist Church, with the Rev. Dr. J. Barry Goodman officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, in the church. Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park.
