Daniel Hopper

SHELBY-Daniel “Danny” Scott Hopper, 53, died Sun, Aug. 24, 2014. A native of Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Ernest and Marjorie Allen Hopper. He was formerly employed with Mayflower in Grover.

PRECEDED: In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Kay Hopper; brothers, Bobby and Roger Hopper; and sister, Betty Jean Hopper

SURVIVED: He is survived by his sons, Brandon Burns and Chris Owens; sisters, Linda Hopper and Lisa Tesseneer and husband Homer; brothers, Jerry Hopper and wife Keena, and Steve Hopper and wife Angie; grandchildren, Alex, Caylin, Jesse, and Morgan

FUNERAL SERVICES: Tuesday, 11a.m., at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home.

BURIAL: Sandy Run Baptist Church Cemetery
