SHELBY- Mrs. Devair Pruitt, 47, of 1417 South Morgan Street, died Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Cleveland County, she is the daughter of James Boyd Gilliam of Blacksburg and the late Ruth Connor Gilliam. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband Roger Pruitt of the home, a son Roger Bradley Pruitt of the home, two sister Renee Bost and husband Patton of Kings Mountain, Debbie Steadham and husband James of Shelby, two brothers Norris Gilliam of Grover, and Gary Gilliam of Clover, SC; 10 nieces and nephews and 7 great nieces and nephews.
SERVICE: Family and friends will gather for a covered dish luncheon Sunday, August 9, 2009, 1pm, at Westwood Heights Baptist Church in the Fellowship Hall.
