SHELBY- Ms. Linda Diane Patterson, 53 of 2084-3 Fallston Road, died Tuesday, July 24, 2007 at Hospice at Wendover. She was a native of Cleveland County, daughter to Jeanette Wease Drewery and the late William Tommy Hayes Jr. She worked in the textile industry and was a member of Ledford Grove Baptist Church.
SURVIVORS: In addition to her mother, she is survived by two brothers, Larry Hayes and wife Rita, and Scott Hayes and wife Lynn all of Shelby; a sister, Elaine Huffstetler and husband Mike of Lattimore; four nephews, a niece, a great nephew and a great niece.
VISITATION: Thursday, July 26, 2007 from 6:00 until 7:30 pm at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home, and at other times at the home of Elaine and Mike Huffstetler, 3814 Towery Road.
FUNERAL: 2:00 pm, Friday, July 27, 2007 at Ledford Grove Baptist Church.
LIE-IN-STATE: The body will be placed in the church 30 minutes prior to the service.
BURIAL: Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
