Donna Kay Pack

SHELBY – Mrs. Donna Kay McCullough Pack, 52, of S. Dekalb St., died Sunday, Aug. 11, 2013 at her home. A native of Cleveland County, she is the daughter of Wayne McCullough of Myrtle Beach, SC and Shirley McCullough Carroll of Shelby. She was a homemaker, enjoyed crafts, and loved her grandchildren.

PRECEDED: She was preceded in death by her step-father, Paul “Junior” Carroll; and sister, Tammy McCullough.

SURVIVED: In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Richard Pack, of the home; son, Jason Ruppe of Forrest City; two daughters, Vickie Smith of Shelby, and Sandy Hunt and husband Dennis of Waco; three grandchildren, Joshua, Jayla, and Jasmine.

SERVICES: A memorial service will be held Thursday at 6:00 pm at Pentecostal Apostolic Church of Christ at 125 West Zion Church Road in Shelby.

CLERGY: Bishop Willie A. Mitchell and Rev. John Pete Bridges will be officiating.

BURIAL: Private to the family at Community Baptist Church
