Ellen Foster

BOILING SPRINGS: Ellen “Reanza” Foster, 72, died Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at her home. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Julius Bynum Mode and Lillian Frances Newton Mode. Reanza was a faithful and dedicated employee of the Bulldog Quik-Snak for 22 years, and was a caregiver to her family and an avid animal lover. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Foster Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Denise Nalley and husband Charles of Mooresboro; sons, Richard Foster Jr. and Rocky Samuel Foster and wife Amber, both of Boiling Springs; sister, Dianne Phillips and husband Roger of Boiling Springs; brother, Gary Mode and wife Paula of Bostic; grandchildren, Casey Nalley, Preston Nalley and Spencer Nalley; great grandson, Grey Nalley; and many special nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held 2:00PM, Monday, November 22, 2021 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel, with Pastor Gary Mode Jr. officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park. The family will be at the home of her daughter, Denise, 663 Mooresboro Road, Shelby.
