SHELBY- Mrs. Elnora Adeline Reinhardt Shields, 83, of 416 S. Washington Street, died Friday, October 13, 2006 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center.
PERSONAL HISTORY: Mrs. Shields was a native of Cleveland County and a daughter to the late Charles Henry and Orrie Smith Reinhardt. She was an office manager and secretary for Electric Motor Service and was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church. She was a founding member of the American Business Womens Association, City of Springs Chapter and a member of the Red Hat Society.
PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas James (“T.J.”) Shields.
SURVIVORS: She is survived by her daughter, JoAnn Vaughn and her husband Wade of the home; and grandson, Thomas Allen Vaughn of Shelby; two great-grandchildren, Gracie and Luke Vaughn of Shelby; a daughter-in-law, Karen Philbeck Vaughn of Shelby; four sisters, Jenny Shull and Carolyn Lowery, both of Shelby, Irene D’Amico of Hampton, Virginia, and Charlene Curtis of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma;
VISITATION: Saturday, (Tonight) October 14, 2006 from 6-7:30pm at Clay-Barnette F.H.; and other times at the home.
FUNERAL: Sunday, October 15, 2006 at 4:30pm at Ascension Lutheran Church
LIE-IN-STATE: 30 mins. prior to the service.
BURIAL: will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
