Euzelia Moore

August 7, 1914 — April 3, 2008

SHELBY- Mrs. Mary Margaret Euzelia Moore, 93, of 2030 Gaffney Road, went to be with her Lord Thursday, April 3, 2008 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Cleveland County, daughter of the late Monroe and Lizzie Green Whisnant. She was a homemaker and a faithful member of Flint Hill Baptist Church.

PRECEDED IN DEATH: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, Graham Moore; a son, Billy Moore; a daughter, Elizabeth Griffin; four brothers, G.A. “Doc” Whisnant, Blaine Whisnant, Glenn Whisnant, and Gary Whisnant; and a sister, Louise Camp.

SURVIVORS: She is survived by two sons, Joe Moore and wife Cenie, and Herman “Bud” Moore and wife Frances, all of Boiling Springs; a sister, Reba W. Weaver of Gastonia; eight grandchildren, and numerous great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 pm on Sunday April 6, 2008 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home.

FUNERAL: The funeral will be at 3:00 pm, Sunday, April 6, 2008 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel.

BURIAL: Burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park
