Frances Ramey

SHELBY- Mrs. Frances Ann Ramey, 64, of 717 Pleasant Drive, died Saturday, August 18, 2007 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Cleveland County, and son to the late Virgil and Louise Kelly Ramey. She was of the Baptist faith. All her family and friends looked up to her as a mother and grandmother. She loved them and she loved her flowers.

PRECEDED IN DEATH BY: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, “J.E.” and Michael Lee Ramey.

SURVIVORS: a son, Jerry Ramey and his wife Jennifer of Shelby; a daughter, Teresa Irvin and her husband Dennis of Shelby; a sister, Virginia Hoppes and her husband Ronnie of Kings Mtn.; two brothers, Roger Ramey and his wife Phyllis of Dallas, NC. and John Ramey of Shelby; four grandchildren, Eric, Cassandra and Justin Ramey, and Dustin Irvin; three great-grandchildren, Marcus and Michaela Smith, and Lana Melton.

VISITATION: from 10-11:00am, Tuesday (8/21) at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home.

FUNERAL: 11:00am Tuesday (8/21) in the Chapel of Clay-Barnette Funeral Home.

BURIAL: will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park.
