George Harris

SHELBY: George Nesbitt Harris, 76, died Wednesday, March 29, 2023, at Wendover Hospice. He was the son of the late, James and Madge Harris. George served in the Navy, was an avid golfer, reader and had a love for music. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his grandson, Killian Harris. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Jackie Harris; son, Jason Harris and wife Jennifer of Nichols, NY; sister, Dottie Haynes; and grandchildren, Keara, Kai, and Padraig Harris. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, April 22,2023 from 1:00 pm to 3:00pm.

Funeral services are entrusted to Clay-Barnette Funeral Home & Aquamation Center.
