Grady Buck Weaver

KINGS MOUNTAIN- Mr. Grady Carlee “Buck” Weaver, 63, of 408 Meadow Lane, died Thursday, December 31, 2009 at home. A native of York County, he was the son of the late Grady and Lessie Mullinax Weaver. He was a member of Midview Baptist Church and was also the music minister.

SURVIVORS: He is survived by his loving wife Linda Howell Weaver of the home; a son Grady Carlee “Chuck” Weaver II and wife Donna of Grover; daughter Sherry Weaver Stacy and husband Jeff of Kings Mountain; two sisters Linda Grant and Gail Whitford and husband David, all of Newburn; two brothers Duffy Weaver and wife Glenna of Rockhill, SC, and Dewey Weaver of Grover; nine grandchildren Thomas, Joshua, Matthew, Kelsi, Christina, Mason, Brett, Dawson, and Riley; special nephew Michael Bledsoe and wife Angel of Kings Mountain; and a special cousin Johnny Weaver and wife Lila of Rockhill, SC.

VISITATION: The family will receive friends Friday, January 1, 2010, from 6-8pm at Midview Baptist Church.

FUNERAL: A funeral service will be held, 11:00 am, Saturday, January 2, 2010 at Midview Baptist Church.

INTERMENT:. Burial will immediately follow in Midview Baptist Church

CLERGY: The Revs. Oscar Hullender, Jeff Stacy, and Deacon Don Kent will be officiating.
