Harry Cutlip

October 30, 1940 — March 23, 2024

Kings Mountain- Harry Melvin Cutlip, 83, died Saturday, March 23, 2024, at Wendover Hospice of Shelby. A Native of Williamsfield, OH, he was the son of the late William and Correne Nicholas Cutlip. Harry was a loving father, grandfather, and friend who never met a stranger. He was hardworking and served his Country in the U.S. Army. Harry enjoyed growing a garden and fishing. Harry would lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He was known for his style of suspenders and hats. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Cutlip; daughter, Loriann Cutlip; grandson, Allen Pal; sisters, Arlene and Darlene Cutlip; brother, Leon Cutlip. He is survived by his sons, Harry Cutlip Jr and wife Kathy, William Cutlip; daughter, Robin Sullivan and husband Dan; sisters, Kathryn Mills and husband Charles, and Joyce Strang; longtime companion Judy Saldo; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews. A Memorial service will be held 4 PM, Thursday, March 28, 2024, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel of Kings Mountain with the Rev. David Saldo officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the funeral home and following the service
A graveside service will be held in Ohio at a later date to be announced.
