SHELBY- Mrs. Helen Jane Bost Hardin, 90, of 204 Cameron St., died Wednesday, July 28, 2010, at her home. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Jess and Maude Smith Bost. She retired from textiles and was a member of the New Life Christian Fellowship Church.
PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband Benjamin Hardin; daughter Peggy Jane Pellor; four brothers and one sister.
SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving daughters Beatrice Phipps of Raleigh and Faye Powell and husband Michael of Shelby; brother Douglas Bost and wife Doris of Inman, SC; nine grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and many great great grandchildren
SERVICES: Funeral will be 11 am Saturday, July 31st Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel.
VISITATION: The family will receive friend Saturday from 9:30-11am and other times at the home.
CLERGY: Rev. Robert Whitworth will be officiating.
BURIAL: Will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park
