Holly Styers

SHELBY: Holly Lynn Styers, 39, went to be with her Lord, Sunday, June 13, 2021. A native of Cleveland County, she is the daughter of Max Styers and Lynn Blanton Styers of Shelby. Holly worked 19 years, as a stylist, at The Silver Chair, and most recently, she opened and operated Thrive Salon & Co. She was a member of Hope Community Church, and was loved by many. She loved children and was known as HAHA. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her loving daughter, Carter Blanton; brother, Matt Styers and wife Renee; grandmother, Carolyn Adams; nieces, Macie and Emree Styers; nephews, Jonathan and Mason Carlton, all of Shelby; and her boyfriend, Michael Bumgardner, and his daughters, Aubrey and Emerson of Polkville. The family will receive friends 6-8pm, Thursday, June 17, 2021 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2pm, Friday at Hope Community Church. Burial will follow in Sunset Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Carter Blanton Fund, (in the care of Matt and Renee Styers) at Alliance Bank & Trust.
