SHELBY- Infant Jacob Aaron Chivalan of 721 Hamrick Road, Lot 4., was born and passed away Friday October 10, 2014 at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. He is survived by his parents, Jessica Brackett Chivalan and Mario Estaban Chivalan-Tiu; and his big sister, Lily Abigail of the home.
SERVICES: A funeral service will be held 4:00 pm Tuesday at Fellowship Independent Baptist Church.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends after the service at the graveside.
CLERGY: Rev. Randy Bumgardner
BURIAL: Burial will immediately follow in the church cemetery.
FUNERAL HOME: Clay-Barnette Funeral Home of Shelby
