SHELBY- Ms. Jacqueline T. Hanners, 60, of 1418 S. Post Road, passed away Thursday morning at Cleveland Regional Medical Center. A native of Los Angleles County, California, she was born October 8, 1953, daughter of the late Jake and Mattie Armstrong Terrell.

Services will be at a later date and announced by the family.
