James Campbell

UTAH- James Russell Campbell, 47, died February 14, 2014 in Brigham City, UT. Born May 29, 1966, in Fayette, AL, son of the late Willard “Frankie” Campbell and Diane Campbell Garrett and husband Cecil of Gastonia. He grew up in Shelby and married his high school sweetheart, Tannaca Camp on November 19, 2011 in Shelby. Russell loved the Beatles and Duck Dynasty. He also enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing. Russell was an avid musician who loved to sing and play the guitar.

PRECEDED: In addition to his father, he was preceded in death his grandparents, Bill and Joy Drinkard and Willard Campbell.

SURVIVED: In addition to his mother, he is survived by his loving wife, Tannaca Camp Campbell of Brigham City, UT; children, Janie Mundt and (Jeremiah), Kayla Anderson (Nathan), Tana Whitworth, Brandy Moore (Matt), Robert Moore (Natalie); brother, Scott Randall Campbell (Kim); grandmother, Faye Campbell; and 14 grandchildren.

SERVICES: 3PM, Sunday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel

VISITATION: The family will receive friends, Sunday, 1:30-3PM, at the funeral home.

CLERGY: Dr. Warner Doles III and Rev. Charles Keller

BURIAL: Patterson Springs Baptist Church Cemetery
