Janet Philbeck

SHELBY: Janet “Sissy” Philbeck, 55, died Saturday, June 11, 2022 at her home. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Alfred Niedgiewick and Janet Owens Wyatt and husband Gerald. She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Donald Philbeck, of the home; sons, Carl Lee Burnett of Shelby and William Philbeck and wife Jamie of Waco; daughter, Carrie Evans of Ellenboro; sister, Libby Buff; brother, Alfred Burnett, both of Shelby; six grandchildren; and three grandchildren. A private service of reflection will be held for the family.
