SHELBY- Mr. John “Hammer” Charles Bartlett, 54, o f 867 E. Zion Church Rd., died Sunday, October 31, 2010. John was a native of Philadelphia County and enjoyed motorcycle riding. He also worked for Auto Zone for more than 6 years.
SURVIVED: He is survived by his loving wife of 4 weeks, Melissa Williams Bartlett of the home, two daughters, Jillian Bartlett of Gastonia, Saige Cook of the home; step daughter Lane Tesseneer of the home.; sister Jennifer Morehead of Fl; mother-in-law, Sybil Kincaid of Shelby; and brother-in-law Mark Williams and wife Emily of Ellenboro.
SERVICES: 2pm Friday, Nov. 5th, 2010 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel
VISITATION: The family will receive friends Thursday, Nov. 4th, 2010 from 6-7:30 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home, and other times at the home.
