Karsyn Franklin

SHELBY: Baby Karsyn Max Franklin, was born sleeping, Tuesday, Jan.2, 2018, at Carolinas Healthcare System-Cleveland. He was the son of Cory and Brittany McCombs Franklin of Shelby.

SURVIVED: In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brother, Kadyn Franklin, of the home; grandparents, Kevin and Kim McCombs and Tina McCombs and Jamie Lane, all of Shelby, Amber and Roger Cox, and Stacey Franklin, all of Lattimore; great-grandparents, Louise Franklin, Bob and Marilyn Ramsey, all of Lattimore, Jerry and Connie McCombs, and Paul and Patricia Morrison, all of Shelby; aunts and uncles, Mackenzie McCombs, Dylan McCombs, Brandy and Sean Wen, and Erin Moon.

FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held 2pm, Friday, Jan. 5, 2018, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, and other times at the home of his grandmother, Tina McCombs, 1279 Rocky Creek Road, Shelby.

OFFICIATING: The Rev. John Miller will officiate

BURIAL: Will follow in Sunset Cemetery
