SHELBY- Linda Yoder Loftis, 62, went to be with her Lord, Thursday, June 29, 2017, at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte. A native of Washington County, IA, she was the daughter of the late Willard and Ellen Stutzman Yoder. Linda worked in textiles, was a member of New Beginnings Church, and loved taking part in the Community Bible Study. She enjoyed exercising, reading and listening to Rock and Roll.
PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Leslie Yoder; and sister, Carmen Yoder Webber.
SURVIVED: She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Mike Loftis of the home; son, Michael Talbert and wife Jennifer of London, OH; daughters, Stephanie Henderson and husband John of Gaffney, SC, and Christy Kirkpatrick of FL; sister, Sally Talbert and husband Lane of Lancaster, SC; sister-in-law, Mary Yoder of Iowa; grandchildren, Brittany, Kaylee, and Ali Henderson, Chloe Kirkpatrick, and Nathaniel Talbert; and many nieces and nephews.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, in the church
MEMORIAL SERVICES: The family will celebrate her life 3pm, Sunday, at New Beginnings Church, Fallston.
OFFICIATING: Dr. John Ware and Rev. John M. Justice will officiate
