SHELBY: Luke Matthew Berry, 39, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2022 at home. Born in Geneva, OH, he is the son of Barbara Berry and the late Dallas Berry Sr. Luke was employed at Greenheck for the past 8 years. He was a very simple man who was selfless and would do anything for anyone. He loved to camp, fish, grill and spend time with his dog, Dannyboy. Luke was a loving husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend who will be missed by many. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents; niece, Dayjah Coleman; and nephew, Dominic Coleman. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife, Heather; daughter, Avery and Gracie; brothers, Dallas Berry Jr.and Josh Berry and wife Amanda; sister, Kristy Berry; mother and father-in-law, Ramona and Randy Burleson; and many nieces and nephews who loved him dearly. Funeral services will be held 11:00AM, Monday, May 9, 2022 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends 9:30-11:00AM, prior to the service, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Trinity Baptist Church Cemetery. Memorials may be made to www.suicide.org
