SHELBY- Margaret Lounez White, 91, a resident of White Oak Manor in Shelby, passed away Tuesday November 18, 2014 at Wendover Hospice. A native of Cleveland County, she was born January 13, 1923, daughter of the late George Anderson and Lura Wright Spangler.
