BLACKSBURG-Mark W. Melton, 50, formerly of Shelby, died Tues., Aug. 23, 2016, at his home. A native of Cleveland County, he was the son of the late Bill and Betty Wright Melton. He was a former employee of PPG, with over 20 years of service.
SURVIVED: He is survived by his son, Tyler Melton and his girlfriend Beth Kolongowski of Charlotte; sister, Carol Campbell of Greensboro; nieces, Sara and Mattie Lanier, and many other extended family.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends 10-11:30am, Saturday, at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home
BURIAL: a private family burial will follow in Cleveland Memorial Park
