SHELBY —Ann Herndon, 73, died Monday, May 21, 2018 at Shelby Manor.
She was the daughter of the late William and Ella Mae Mauney Herndon.
She graduated from Furman University with a master’s degree in English.
She was a professor and the University of South Carolina and Cleveland Community College.
Friends will be received after the service in the church sanctuary
Graveside services will be held 2 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at Elizabeth Baptist Church Cemetery with Dr. Rit Varriale officiating.
