OCALA, FL- Mrs. Mary Jane Kirkendall, 98, formerly of 2900 Edwards Street, died Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at her home in Ocala, Florida. A native of York County, she was the daughter of the late Charlie and Iola Queen White. Mrs. Kirkendall was a member of Zoar Baptist Church.
PRECEDED: In addition to his parents, she is preceded in death by her husband James “Jim” Kirdendall; and a son Bobby Leon Kirkendall; and one great grandson.
SURVIVORS: She is survived by her daughter Joanne Rowan and husband Jerry of Ocala, Fl.; three grandchildren Chad Kirkendall and his wife Holly, Robin Mangum, and Kristie Thornhill and her husband David; six great grandchildren; and daughter in law Rebecca Kirkendall.
VISITATION: The family will receive friends, Sunday, August 9, from 3-4pm at Zoar Baptist Church.
SERVICE: Services will be held Sunday, August 9, at Zoar Baptist Church at 4pm
INTERMENT:.Burial will immediately follow in the Church Cemetery
CLERGY: Dr. Robert Rose will be officiating.
