Matt Hutchinson

SHELBY-Matthew Leonard Hutchinson, 41, owner of The Weld Shop Inc., passed away at Cleveland Regional Medical Center on Wed., May 23, 2012.
He was born January 20, 1971, in Buffalo, NY, to Leonard and Kathleen Shelly Hutchinson of Shelby. As a child, he attended James Love Elementary School and later graduated from Shelby High School. On March 3, 2001 he was united in marriage to Katie Hutchinson.
Matt continued his education at Cleveland Community College and Isothermal College where he earned his degree and went on to fulfill his passion for welding and fabrication. Through this he spent his days doing what he loved. He leaves a legacy of “one off handcrafted….period. WORD!!!”
SURVIVED: In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Katie, his daughter, Kylie, step-sons Scott Ward and Chad Swann and wife Alecia; five grandchildren, Tyler, Stephen, Mason, Lee and Braydon; and brother Scott Hutchinson.
Matt Hutchinson was a great guy, loving father, husband and son! Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers.
FUNERAL SERVICE: Sunday, 3pm, at Clay – Barnette Funeral Home
VISITATION: The family will receive friend 1:30 – 3pm, Sunday, at the funeral home.
BURIAL: A private family burial will be held in Sunset Cemetery
