SHELBY: Mickey Wayne Bell, 75, died Wednesday, September, 6 2023 at Caromont Health in Gastonia. Born in Cleveland County on October 8, 1947 , he was the son of the late Jack and Margaret Bell. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Peggy Goins and brother, Don Bell. He is survived by his sister, Doris Blanton; brother, Rex Bell and wife Linda; and several nieces and nephews.
