Miller Forsythe

SHELBY: Miller Baxter Forsythe, 71, died Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at his home. Born in York County, SC, he was the son of the late Robert Miller Forsythe and Ida Belle Neal. Miller worked as a security guard. He is survived by his dear sisters, Mary Barrett, of the home and Shirley Williams and husband Bill; nephews, Terry Peterson, Jody and Jason Forsythe, Michael Peterson, Steve Wright, Bradley Peterson, Jesse Chavez and wife Jessica and Carlos Uribe; nieces, Wendy Whitaker and husband Steven, Karmen Chavez, Rosa Melvin and husband Robert and Mary Aldana; and great niece and nephew, Anthony and Mary Anna Uribe. Funeral services will be held 11:00 am, Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at Clay-Barnette Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Richard Stroup officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery.
