Nadine Harrison

SHELBY-Nora Nadine Harrison, 89, died Thursday, June 2, 2016, at Carolinas Healthcare System-Cleveland. A native of Cleveland County, she was the daughter of the late Frank and Jettie Bivins Jones. She retired from Lily Mill, and was a member of Lily Memorial Baptist Church.

PRECEDED: In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Harrison; brothers, Gene, Ken, and Larry Jones; sisters, Ruby Martin, Mamie Lou Pruitt, and Bert Davis; and granddaughter, Michelle Bridges Melton.

SURVIVED: She is survived by her sons, Dale Harrison and wife Pat of Shelby, and Bill Harrison and wife Brenda of N. Myrtle Beach; daughter, Aloma Bridges and husband Jim of Shelby; sister, Lois Chapman of Casar; grandchildren, Lori Russ, Tim Harrison, Chris Bridges, Scott Harrison, BJ Harrison, Ricky Wright, and Donna Grayson; great-grandchildren, Kelly Melton, Dylan Bridges, Savannah and Carly Russ, Thomas, Nicholas, Isaac, Megan, Jake, and Audrey Harrison, and Trent Laws; great-great grandchildren, Aliyah, Brett and Caiden Graham. The family would like to thank the nurses at hospice, the entire hospital team on 4East, and the workers at Shelby Manor, for all their love and care.

FUNERAL SERVICES: Funeral services will be held 3pm, Sunday, at Lily Memorial Baptist Church

VISITATION: The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service, in the church.

BURIAL: Will follow in Rose Hill Memorial Park

CLERGY: Rev. Jared Pankhurst will officiate
